here

If isolation makes me lost
Then come and find me out here in the meadow
Surrounded by the comforts of crickets
The soothing sounds of slithery insects
Try to pull these limbs from nature
Like slicing my politics from me

Here. It’s my current state of mind
It’s lonely here, but it’s snug.
Reassuring securities like the naturalism
Of my birthday suit, here in this living space

Even with the acting up of my nasal
It’s welcoming to find my solitude in the unfettered silence
Here, there are no judgments made
No war torn areas of personality conflicts to overcome
Here, it’s me and my world laid out over nine hundred
Shimmer and twinkle in the essence of simplistic humanity.
