impact? what impact?

funny, I never thought this funny little site that started out as an homage to my grade 8 web coding abilities would ever have any impact on people, on their thoughts, on their relationships with me.
or that it would turn into a self-published book of 383 poems and 300+ pages…. to be read by friends and family, and commented on by complete strangers in carnduff, saskatchewan, and impact united church ministers and the like.
or that neon green would still be the official colour ten years later.
funny how I never thought of the impact, and still kind of resent that it has one.
after all, it’s called chez kyall for a reason.
it’s my place.
that’s all.
