now to the point of frequency

this site has been redesigned. again. for the fifth time this year.
only you out there in visiting-kyall’s-site land haven’t seen four of the redesigns.

I think a new hobby needs to be found. and yet, I don’t. I love this hobby. I love the concept of teaching myself new and exciting ways to run this website. The fact that everything is now driven by a database makes me very excited – I can update the design and almost instantaneously have every page work. That is THRILLING (maybe only for webgeeks like myself, but certainly thrilling.) It used to take HOURS just to update the Writing section – and now, minutes.

Given that 285 (as of current count) poems are posted, and 100 lack the maturity to be posted, this site has certainly grown in the last 8 years. What started as a place for me to display eight wonderfully benign and unintelligent short stories has grown into… this. and I am happy.

certainly happy now that it doesn’t feature the “Music Station,” a sub-site that featured small shrines to the cranberries, Ace of Base, Savage Garden and (of course) Mariah Carey.
