for those sad, sad few moments of glory
where resumes are padded faster than the chipmunk cheeks of central park
these nuts can’t go around for the entire community
and yet they are pulled from all sides
stolen at every last attempt
yes, what a wonderful future these individuals can look forward to

but the ice sheet you’re standing on will indeed melt
when it comes down to real life experience
you haven’t even let the frost set before you laced up your skates
strings do nothing to tie together a career opportunity
only badgering and selling out can accomplish that
